The Audi Q7 has received a barely noticeable facelift for the 2010 model year. The changes are so pointless that even the existing engines are being carried over.
The 2010 Audi Q7 has reshaped bumpers, new headlights, LED running lights, full LED rear lights, added chrome finishes on the bumpers and doors, two-tone exterior mirrors, new wheel designs and a few more small bits. The groovy side-skirts will be optionally available.
Updates to the lopsided interior include ambient interior lighting, ventilated leather front seats, bits of chrome trim, extra wood inlays on the passenger side dash, and a new MMI navigation system with 3D navigation and joystick control.
The 2010 Audi Q7 will go on sale this fall in the United States, with the existing 280 hp 3.6L V6 and 350 hp 4.2L V8 engines.
