The Ford F-Series topped the best-sellers list of vehicles sold in the U.S. in 2012 again. The combined figures of Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra came in second place.
The Ford F-Series sold 645,316 vehicles last year. The Silverado and Sierra sold 418,312 units. The Ram pick-up was a distant 7th on the list which sold 293,363 vehicles. Honda CR-V entered the top ten last year, selling a total of 281,652 units to come in 9th place. At 10th position was the Ford Escape, which sold 261,008 units.
